This course introduces the student to essential concepts of nursing management of drug therapy across the lifespan. Students will apply core drug knowledge, safety principles, and understanding of core patient variables within simulated and actual cases Competence Statement: Knows the introductory core drug knowledge well enough to safely apply the nursing process to simulated and actual scenarios.
