Who We Are

The Psychology Club is an academic organization for students at Metropolitan State University who are mainly psychology majors or minors. In addition, Metropolitan State University has an active chapter of Psi Chi, the National Society for Psychology Students.

Our objectives are to expose students to a variety of topics within the field of psychology and to assist students in reaching their academic and professional goals.

It has been proven that students who are active and participate in school organizations are more likely to graduate and may do so with higher grades than those who do not and also have way more fun.

Congratulations to the newly elected Psychology Club Officers for the year 2007-2008:

I look forward to being with Psychology Club this year.

I am a senior and will be graduating in the spring with big hopes to enter the Clinical PsyD program next fall at Argosy University. I have been at Metropolitan State University for a year now, and have had such a great experience with staff/faculty and my peers that I wanted to get more involved. I jumped right into Psych Club this semester, and am very flattered to have been voted the new Vice President! I've also recently applied to become a member of Psi Chi. I'm excited to see what this year brings, and look forward to upcoming club events and making new friends.
