Students taking courses for personal enrichment/professional development and not pursuing admission or a degree are classified as non-degree seeking students.

3 Steps to Non-Degree Student Admission

1. Review the Instructions and Complete the Application

Attached to the Non-Degree Admission Form are the instructions for completing and submitting the form.  Next steps--such as receiving your Metropolitan State student ID and registering for classes--are also included.

2. Register for Classes

Once you have activated your NetDirect account (information included in the directions), non-degree seeking students can register during open registration.

3. Arrange for Payment

Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid. Tuition payment must be arranged within 24 hours after registering for a course; see the Tuition & Fees website for more information.
