Each college, and some departments, within the university have designed their own internship guidelines. It is imperative and required that every student wanting to do an internship read and follow the appropriate guidelines. Students must follow the guidelines of the college/department which houses the discipline of the internship focus which is not necessarily the college/department of the student's major.

Students may not register for an internship until they have received written notification from Metropolitan State's Internship Office that the Internship Agreement has been approved. Students must register for the internship within the semester of the approval date or they may be required to reapply for the internship. Check current Class Schedule for last day to register for the semester.
