Please complete this registration form if your agency wishes to exhibit at the spring Human Services Career Fair being held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 11 am-1:30 pm.  Space is limited to 30 agencies. Agencies will be selected on a combination of the following factors: order of registration submission, human service area represented, student internship potential, and graduate career opportunities.

By completing this form, your agency will be considered for possible participation. The event is free to you with parking and a casual light lunch included! If your agency is not selected, you are invited and encouraged to attend as a participant and enjoy lunch and networking with students, faculty, and other agencies.

All parts of this form must be completed. If selected, Exhibitors will be contacted by Thursday, March 14, 2013 via email.
