MetroBug is a tool to quickly determine the best source of help if you cannot access course Web sites.

IT Helpdesk (it.desk@metrostate.edu; 651-793-1240) provides general computer assistance.
Center for Online Learning (online.learning@metrostate.edu; 651-793-1929) provides general assistance with online learning and course access. Please include your techID number and course name and number.
Library Services
Library and Information Services (library.services@metrostate.edu; 651-793-1616) connect you to electronic reference resources and library databases, and librarians answer your questions via live chat, e-mail, and instant messaging. Online tutoring provides online review of and response to your writing project.
