				Appeal for Denied Credits This form is for appealing the decision made for denied credits from the following Institution/Agency/Program only. Appeal forms should be filed as soon as possible after your admission to the university. Appeals must be written clearly and include supporting documents (all relevant information to verify and or support your appeal). If appropriate documents are missing, the appeal will be returned.

				COM Major admission requirement Before being admitted to a College of Management major, students must complete all Foundation courses. Foundation courses must be completed before admission to the major because these courses develop the skills necessary for success in other courses required in the major.

				Holds on Registration If there are any holds on your registration, you will want to have these released before you can register. You can check for holds by logging into the Web Registration site, click on the "Registration Tab", and click into the left side menu "Check Holds".
