The College of Management has offered fully online quality business degrees for over a decade in conjunction with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. Our degree programs are supported by a comprehensive online network that provides students with easy access to any support they may need while completing their degree online. The courses are taught by skilled instructors with significant practical experience who combine theory with application to real-life organizational issues. All the courses are taught using the internet, which makes attending class and completing assignments flexible and convenient. Schwan’s High Performance Development Center has partnered with Metropolitan State University to provide a range of online options depending on where you are in your education program.
Option 1: Prospective Student interested in the Schwan’s Accelerated Degree Program
Schwan employees may complete their A.S. in Supervision and Leadership from the Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MSCTC) and then continue their studies by completing their B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Management at Metropolitan State University totally online.
Option 2: Other Online Options for Continuing Your Undergraduate Education
Pursue a bachelor’s degree ranging from designing your own degree through First College to a designated degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Human Resource Management or Marketing depending on where you are in college course work.
Option 3: Online Options for Continuing Your Graduate Education
If you already have a bachelor's degree, consider furthering your education with a master's degree.
