The Schwan’s Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) consists of two parts:
- A.S. in Supervision and Leadership through Minnesota State Technical and Community College and
- B.S. in Business Administration through Metropolitan State University.
The courses in the A.S. in Supervision and Leadership will provide you the necessary communication, analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as foundational business course work that meets the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum and is designed to be transfer friendly toward the B.S. in Business Administration at Metropolitan State University. If you have no or little college coursework completed, you will want to get started with the A.S. in Supervision and Leadership.
In addition, other two-year degrees such as an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science may also be transfer friendly toward the B.S. in Business Administration at Metropolitan State University.
If you are a Schwan employee, learn more about the Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) by contacting the Schwan representative Beth Vanderpoel at beth.vanderpoel@schwans.com or 507-537-8900 ext 2271 and provide a copy of your transcripts for an initial review. Beth will explain your options available and help you with the next steps for pursuing your education.
