Through an articulation with Schwan’s High Performance Development Center, the A.S. in Supervision and Leadership from Minnesota State Community and Technical College is designed to transfer toward the B.S. in Business Administration at Metropolitan State University to complete an undergraduate bachelor’s degree. The B.S. in Business Administration is the second part of the Schwan’s Accelerated Degree Program (ADP). The courses in the Business Administration degree are delivered online and are designed to give you the breadth and depth needed for a business professional, as well as acquire the organizational, communication and critical thinking skills necessary for anyone accepting management responsibilities. The Schwan's ADP Course Schedule is designed to offer two courses a term that usually consist of:
- qualitative course such as Organizational Behavior that is offered the first half of the term and
- quantitative course such as Principles of Finance to be offered the full term.
For any student who has not completed the A.S. in Supervision and Leadership the diagnostic assessment may be required. For more information contact the Schwan representative, Beth Vanderpoel at beth.vanderpoel@schwans.com or 507-537-8900 ext 2271.
