Graduation Requirements
Students need 120 credits to achieve a degree, 40 of which must be upper-division; minimum 30 credits from Metropolitan State University; 20 credits must be taken through First College including these two required courses (8 credits):
- Prsp 301 Perspectives must be completed with an approved degree plan by 2nd semester of enrollment in First College.
- Prsp 499 Capstone must be taken during the last semester before graduation.
You may be able to transfer up to 48 credits to satisfy the GELS requirements (General Education + Liberal Studies = GELS or: 10 Goals + Liberal Studies).
Your Individualized Degree Focus must be 32-48 credits. You will develop your Focus while taking Prsp 301.
