This form is used to petition into SLC courses that are full. Only students who have been admitted into the major are eligible to petition.

Undergraduate Program Declaration Form
This form is used to apply for admission into the major. Please see the specific requirements to declare the major declaration information on the PAW webpage.
The SLC has admission requirements that must be completed before you can declare the major. You are expected to complete any admission requirements for your major, submit an Undergraduate Program Declaration form and be admitted to the major by the time you complete 80 credits or within one year of transferring to Metropolitan State (whichever comes later).
Appeals
Transfer credit, denied credit and registration appeals can be found on the Registration Appeals webpage.
Holds on Registration
Administrative holds must be released prior to registration. Log on to the Web Registration site, click on the "Registration" Tab, and click "Check Holds" on the left side menu.
