Metropolitan State University, School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice (SLC) offers a Bachelor of Science, law enforcement major and a Bachelor of Arts, criminal justice major. SLC has partnered with other MNSCU colleges to offer cohort programs. A cohort program will allow eligible students to complete their major and degree requirements in a sequenced delivery. Course format and locations are unique to each cohort.
Cohort programs give students their major requirements sequenced over five or six semesters; in some programs including summer. Cohort students make decisions to register for additional degree requirements in addition to the sequenced major courses, each semester. Courses have a primary delivery of on-campus or online.
Each cohort program has its own eligibility criteria. Eligibility to participate in certain cohort programs requires affiliation with the partner college. Affiliation will be verified by the partner college and is defined by a conferred associate degree.
