The Pathways Program educates students about career options in the insurance and financial services (IFS) industry and is designed to provide career guidance, career development, and financial benefits to underrepresented students interested in careers within the IFS industry. This includes students who declare majors related to business, finance, math, or IT.

This workshop series is a career class that uses a comprehensive approach to finding a career you really enjoy. The series is offered both fall and spring semesters; and will soon be offered online through a series of webinar videos. Watch for updates on how to register on our News and Events page.
Schedule a Career Coaching Appointment
Schedule an appointment with Jill Sondergaard, Pathways Program Career Specialist, to learn more about the IFS industry, get your resume critiqued, practice interviewing, learn to research companies, build your network, get started with LinkedIn, and get answers to your career-related questions. Schedule online in Career Link (instructions) or call 651-793-1528 during regular business hours.
