The student consumer information includes:
- Information about the university’s academic programs and policies
- Privacy of student records
- Information on graduation and transfer-out rates
- Information about the university’s security policies and crime statistics
- Financial assistance information
- Code of Conduct
related to student loan activities - Policies and sanctions regarding the use of copyrighted material
- Student Complaints and Grievances University Procedure #303 for complaints other than a grade appeal, harassment, discrimination, or student conduct
- MnSCU notice concerning the standards of an accrediting or licensing agency, a claim of consumer fraud or deceptive trade practices, board policy, or action of the Metropolitan State University President
