- St. John's Hall explansion project has been approved by the legislature in March 2010. Demolition and construction began on June 3, 2010 and ready for occupany and classes August 2011.

- 2010 Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement Projects in the MnSCU allocation from the bonding bill funds:
- New Main energy monitoring system replacement
- New Main, Great Hall lighting refurbishment
- New Main, Great Hall heating baseboard replacement
- Library and Learning Center curb cut-outs.
North/West Suburbs:
- New Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Center on the Hennepin Technical College (North) Campus, start date May 2009, progressing and expected to open the Fall 2010.
