Submitting A Work Order
For requesting service, always use the Work Order - Building Services form found on the NetDirect Portal unless it is urgent. For urgent services, please call 651-793-1700.
Work Order Instructions
From the NetDirect Portal, click on the Forms tab under the Forms, Resources & Tools banner in the lower left hand corner of the main page. Scroll down to Work Order - Building Services, click and complete. Your request will be sent to our maintenance software and scheduled.
