Conference Call Bridge

Metropolitan State's Conference Call Bridge will currently handle inbound calls for up to eight locations and provides an easy, cost-effective way to conduct meetings that use this type of venue.

How-to Reserve Conference Bridge or Other Resources Using the Client Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. From the Home tab, click on "New Items".
  3. Select "Meeting" from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click "To..." button
  2. Select all attendees from the address book. Required field will populate with attendees.
  3. Locate and highlight "Conference Bridge", or other desired resources.
  4. Click "Resources" button
  5. Click "OK"

  2. Select an appropriate available time for all attendees and resources.
