Customers of IT Services have access to view the status and/or history of their requests (tickets).

  1. Go to the ITS Work Order Site

  2. Login

    Your username may be your email address.

    TIP:  The first time you log into the ITS Work Order Site, use the 'Forgot your username or password?' link at the bottom of the screen to determine both your username and password for this system.

    TIP: If you encounter a "404 page not found" error, try changing browsers.
           
  3. Every ticket you have submitted to IT Services will be displayed

  4. Locate the desired ticket

    Use "Search your Support History" to type in key words from your ticket subject, or you may filter or sort as desired.

    A status of "Solved" means that the ticket has been closed and is no longer in queue for ITS staff.

  5. View or add details

    Click on the "Subject" in order to view all request details and the full communication history.

    You may add additional information or attachments to this screen if your ticket is currently open.
