Bruce Biser, Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Bruce Biser, Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Administrative Affairs, is responsible for financial management, development of budget plans and policies, and direction of the university's physical building, financial aid and administrative service functions.
He is a seasoned executive leader in finance and operations, having served as CFO for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; Controller at Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota; Finance Director for the Minnesota Supreme Court; and Operations Leader at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. He also served in the U.S. Air Force, where he last held the role of comptroller.
Bruce holds a B.B.A. in business administration and management from the University of Nebraska and an M.S., also in business administration and management, from Troy State University.
