    $10.06 starting wage, then $10.16 after 1,000 hours worked at this level

Major job duties

professional development sessions

  • Distribute Commencement regalia
  • Conduct inventory on New Student Orientation and Commencement items
  • Assist with organizing materials to help provide efficient programming for students
  • Data entry into Microsoft excel spreadsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, and limited access in ISRS (printing class-list/pushing out orientation holds).
  • Run errands on campus
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and experience

Work between 15-20 hours per week, some evenings and weekends

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft, Excel and data base experience)
  • Organizational skills, detailed oriented and punctual
  • Professional, courteous and the ability to be a team player
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Light lifting maybe required occasionally
  • Maintain the confidential nature of student records being handled
