Major job duties

The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical support in the International Student Services office. Duties include assisting with the International Student Orientation sessions, creating ISS databases, analyzing data and running reports using Excel/Access, support recruitment and marketing efforts and special projects and initiatives

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree and fully admitted to graduate degree program at Metropolitan State University and continuously enrolled carrying at least 8 semester credits and maintaining satisfactory academic progress. Computer/technical experience that includes Access/Excel with ability to input data and pull reports. Excellent internal and external customer service skills. Project management skills sufficient to lead group members and accomplish results while meeting deadlines.
