Major job duties
Provide support to the Center for Accessibility Resources office, including filing, sorting, data entry, purchasing books from the bookstore, and scanning.
Answering phones, returning messages, and providing basic customer service for clientele.
Proofreading and editing scanned materials to ensure usability with Assistive Technology
Work with staff and student feedback to improve quality and usability
Expedite the production, duplication and mailing of various affiliate materials
Qualifications and experience
Must have ability to follow oral and written directions.
Must be able to read and understand English.
Must have typing and proofreading skills.
Basic Computer literacy: ability to use or learn how to use scanners, fax machines, word-processing, spreadsheet, database software.
