    $10.85 starting wage, then $11.25 after 1,000 hours worked at this level

Major job duties

Responsible for communicating with student clients as well as with center staff (tutors and administrators) to facilitate scheduling and connecting tutoring appointments. These interactions may be over email, a virtual front desk on Zoom, and in-person at our on campus front desk locations (resuming at limited capacity this Fall). Additional work with database entry, filing, and creation or editing of handouts, flyers, and other documents.

Qualifications and experience

Understanding and working knowledge of the center’s software packages (Zoom and Microsoft office including Outlook, Word, Excel). Have the ability to follow and enforce standards and regulations. Must be punctual and reliable, with good interpersonal skills. Must possess organizational and critical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve problems is preferred, as is customer service experience.
