Major job duties
• Assist visitors/students by phone, email, or on a walk-in basis
• Answering phones and direct questions to appropriate parties
• Scan paper documents and create electronic filing systems
• Daily mailroom runs to collect mail and drop off outgoing mailings
• Restock office supplies on a weekly basis
• Clean SEC whiteboards on a weekly basis
• Other duties/projects assigned as needed
Qualifications and experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Answer phones and have the ability to communicate well with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must have the ability to work independently or as a team member
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Ability to reprioritize and manage time well
• Previous office experience is a plus
