Major job duties
IPD or the Institute for Professional Development builds relationship with corporations and government entities and provides custom-built training for their employees. We are a small department and require flexibility from all to do operational work required to deliver a high-quality training experience to our clients. The role of IPD Operations Assistance would provide support to the IPD Project Coordinator to ensure a good client review.
Duties could include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting and directing visitors/clients
• Data entry on client records and contact information
• Using website management tools to update website information
• Track and record course evaluations and report learning
• Research local companies and training programs
• Setting up classroom space and client refreshments for in-person courses at MDWY
• Compiling and assembling course material and marketing material
• Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications and experience
• Able to meet work deadlines
• Desire to provide quality customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable
• Excellent attention to detail, good critical thinking skills
• Flexible to work both onsite at MDWY and remotely
• Show initiative and ability to work independently both onsite and remotely
• Data entry and retrieval
• Proficient with MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
