Major job duties

Organize "Empowering Students of Color Events"
Create promotional materials for the FOCC event (online and print)
Distribute materials in buildings and online
Contact student organizations on campus
Contact vendor and set-up the event (day, time, etc.)
Actively engage with students to raise awareness of the event and the Empowering Students of Color Initiative

Qualifications and experience

Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft suite products)
Social media and organizing skills
Time management
Event planning experience is preferred
