    $9.65 starting wage, then $9.75 after 1,000 hours worked at this level

Major job duties

  • Responsible for greeting clients at reception desk, database entry, copy and fax machine use, filing, and communicating with Center clients to ensure quality service.
  • Provide phone-based support to students who need to register for and/or schedule tutoring appointments.
  • Some use of Microsoft Publisher in creating Center handouts, flyers, and brochures.

Qualifications and experience

  • Understanding and working knowledge of the Center’s software packages (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher).
  • Have the ability to follow, enforce standards, and regulations.
  • Must possess organizational, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills.
