The purpose of this course is to describe the growth of E-Government, typical phases of development, and strategies for planning and managing E-Government initiatives. Topics include both the challenges to E-Government such as data privacy and the "digital divide", as will as the best practices, success stories and breakthrough innovations in public sector service delivery.
