The War at Home: Four play readings from American theater

Join the Dayton's Bluff Library for the third annual Banned Books Party. Attendees will have the chance to test their knowledge of famous authors, books (like Harry Potter) and even movies that have been threatened or banned. According to the American Booksellers Association "Banned Books Week 2019, the annual celebration of the freedom to read, will be held September 22-28. The theme of this year’s event is 'Censorship Leaves Us in the Dark. Keep the Light On!' Since it was launched in 1982, Banned Books Week has been shining a light on censorship, and the fight for free expression is as urgent as ever."

For more information, check out the Dayton's Bluff Library event calendar or the American Booksellers Association website.
