A free family-friendly event on child literacy success for children of color, focusing on giving parents and caregivers tools to assist 4-8 year-old youth with the building blocks of reading, writing & comprehension.

Facilitated by the Urban Teaching Program featuring art as a tool to reading. Guests will receive a take away arts & craft box (first come, first served) with children books.
