Faduma and Mike

A staged reading of “Faduma and Mike” by Matthew Stenerson, winner of the 2018 FilmNorth Screenwriting Residency. A widowed Somalia-American teacher and a Midwestern plumber struggle with personal and societal pressures as they fall in love.

This is a free event presented by the Minneapolis Saint Paul International Film Festival and FilmNorth. Seating is first-come, first-served. A reception follows the reading at Film Space at the Auditorium.
