Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies

The Spring 2023 Commencement will be held in person at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis on May 6. Wristbands are required for your families and community to attend. Graduates do not need a wristband to enter into their ceremony.

May 6 Spring Commencement ceremonies:

First ceremony—begins 10:30 a.m., doors open at 9:45 a.m. Participants include the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral graduates from the following colleges:

• College of Management
• College of Nursing and Health Sciences
• School of Urban Education
• College of Individualized Studies

Second ceremony—begins 2:30 p.m., doors open at 1:45 p.m. Participants include the undergraduate and master’s degree graduates from the following colleges:

• College of Sciences
• College of Liberal Arts
• College of Community Studies and Public Affairs
