Synopsis: Gregor Samsa, a humble traveling salesman, lives a life of routine. Every day he wakes up, takes the train, goes to work to earn enough money to support his family, and returns home. However, one morning, without explanation, Gregor awakes to find that he has transformed into a gigantic insect. Life will never be the same.

Those wishing to participate are asked to arrive as close to the beginning of auditions as possible. No preparation is necessary. Selections from the script will be provided.

Casting for the following roles:

  • Gregor Samsa, a traveling salesman who awakens transformed into an insect
  • Greta Samsa, Gregor’s concerned sister
  • Mr. Samsa, Gregor’s exhausted and emotionally broken father
  • Mrs. Samsa, Gregor’s distressed mother
  • Chief Clerk, Gregor’s rude and overbearing employer
