In order to deal with an issue, you must first define it. Join Metropolitan State University for this highly interactive workshop in which we define and reframe white supremacy, how it causes us harm, both personally and systematic; most importantly, action steps we can take to dismantle it.

This online videoconference workshop is facilitated by Donte Curtis for people of all knowledge levels and will be action-oriented. Registration is required. This event is organized and sponsored by the Women’s and LGBTQ+ Student Services, and Multicultural, American Indian, and Retention Services.

Curtis is the CEO of Catch Your Dream Consulting where he keynotes, consults with, and trains individuals, teams, and organizations, nationwide, on leadership development, racial equity, Inclusion, and supports them to create practical change. Curtis currently serves on the Board of Directors at Social Enterprise Alliance Twin Cities and Youthprise, where he is a co-chair of the program investment committee. With over 12 years of facilitation and speaking experience, Curtis is adept at fostering the collective wisdom in the room and engaging audiences in multiple ways. Probably one of the most energetic people you will ever meet, Curtis lives a life that is dedicated to leadership, social justice and liberation.
