Work from Anywhere, featuring Dr. Prithwiraj Choudhury
Presented by the College of Management
Virtual Watercoolers: A Conduit to ‘Work from Anywhere’ Concept
As the pandemic forced many of us into the virtual workplace, organizations increasingly resorted to a "work from anywhere" strategy — a win-win strategy that not only reduces real estate costs but boosts employee engagement and productivity. There are numerous challenges to creating and maintaining an all-remote workforce and Dr. Choudhury in his research talk will unravel his latest evidenced-based practices on how to overcome them. Could "virtual water coolers" be a conduit to make our “work from anywhere" future an everyday reality? To find out more, join the upcoming College of Management Fall Lunch and Learn presentation featuring Dr. Prithwiraj (Raj) Choudhury, Professor at Harvard Business School and author of the recent Harvard Business Review article, “Our Work-from-Anywhere Future.”
