There will be a listening session regarding the recurring justice and equity issues underscored by recent tragic events, as well as conversations at Metropolitan State University about law enforcement education.

The session will be from 10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, July 21, in the auditorium of Metropolitan State University, Saint Paul Campus. A panel of moderators will listen, learn, and generate a list of actions to support you and other members of our university during this time.

The administrators wish to provide a space for our faculty and staff to support one another. As an institution of higher education, Metropolitan State University values collegial venues in which to voice questions and explore transformative responses in the collaborative and respectful manner our students have come to expect at the University. The event is open and all viewpoints and perspectives are invited to attend.
