A conference exploring the links between corruption and unrest in Somalia is open to the Metropolitan State community. The Legacy Center for Peace and Transparency is holding the event noon–3:30 p.m., Saturday, March 5, Midway Center, East Entrance, Lower Level Room P.

The conference, coinciding with the release of the Legacy Center’s first report, puts discussion of the problem of corruption into a broader world context. Speakers include professors, authors and Rebecca Otto, Minnesota state auditor.
