  • Ability to meet minimum criteria
  • Quality of essay

  • Goals after graduation

Metropolitan State University Foundation scholarships are supported by gifts from individuals, foundations and corporations who wish to provide financial assistance to students.

The Metropolitan State University Foundation is proud to have awarded approximately $204,000 to 111 students for academic year 2015-2016. Students receiving scholarships come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, income levels and ethnicities and all students have their own compelling story about why receiving a privately funded Foundation scholarship is important to them.
