Tips to prevent RSI

Ready, set, stretch! As the semester winds up, public health experts remind of the benefits of daily stretches to prevent repetitive stress/strain injury (RSI). Data suggest that cervical and wrist RSI are at epidemic proportions in the US because of poor ergonomics.
