Ready, set, stretch! Public health experts remind of the benefits of daily stretches to prevent repetitive stress/strain injury (RSI). Data suggest that cervical and wrist RSI are at epidemic proportions in the US because of poor ergonomics.

Experts recommend the following tips to prevent cervical and wrist or arm injury due to consistent computer work:
