Content Coordinators and Authors

  • Ensure accuracy, and relevance, and accessibility of content on assigned pages/areas
  • Post content within the University’s content management system to make it available on (content coordinators)
  • Serve as primary contact between his/her unit and ITS as it relates to website needs
  • Maintain relevant and current technical skills
  • Abide by University Style Guide and branding standards and authoring for the web best practices
  • Utilize established service processes
  • Perform regularly scheduled content reviews

Marketing & Communications

  • Maintain University Style Guide and branding
  • Assist in maintaining style and branding consistency between print and digital communications

IT Services - Enterprise Information and Application Services

  • Establish and monitor strategic direction in conjunction with key constituent groups
  • Provide service-focused support
  • Make decisions about and maintain a robust and secure technical environment
  • Initiate and administer website standards, policies, and procedures; facilitate and coordinate to ensure site accessibility
  • Provide training, documentation, and change management
  • Lead and coordinate website governance
  • Decision-making for web-related financial commitments/licensing/contracts
  • On-going monitoring and sharing of metrics and critical success factors


  • Provide content feedback and requests to Content Coordinators and Authors
  • Communicate college/division’s strategic needs as it relates to website and web services to ITS leadership.
  • Support institutional need to utilize established processes, policies and procedures
