The United States does not have a national health care system available to nonimmigrant students; therefore, the cost of medical care is the responsibility of the student.

The purpose of the Scholarship Committee is to ensure the timely, fair, and appropriate distribution of general-revenue scholarship funds and of other funds.

A student has the right to seek a remedy for improper, unfair, or arbitrary action by a university employee, department, or service through an established procedure.
