Tracy Hatch, Vice President for Finance and Operations (CFO)
Tracy Hatch is an experienced executive with over 20 years of service to the State of Minnesota, primarily in finance and budget-related positions. Prior to joining Metropolitan State University, she served over four and a half years as deputy commissioner, chief financial officer and chief operating officer for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, an organization with 5,000 employees and an annual budget of over $3 billion. In total, she has nearly seven years of experience as chief financial officer for the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Tracy has 18 years of experience in financial and administrative management with Minnesota state agencies.
In addition to a BA in business administration, Ms. Hatch holds an MBA in finance and an MA in management-change leadership from the College of Saint Scholastica.
