The foundation would like to remind those who’ve made a gift, or those who are considering giving, that dates on gift confirmations reflect when we processed your gift and does not imply the date your gift was made. While you should consult with your CPA or tax preparer to determine the tax consequences of your donation, the date you delivered or mailed your donation is generally recognized as the gift date.
