As a Giving to Grow Ambassador, you play a pivotal role in sharing the spirit of generosity across our Metro State community. Your voice—personal, authentic, and passionate—helps inspire friends, classmates, alumni, faculty, staff, and partners to show up and give back for our students and programs.
Giving to Grow is our moment—one day to strengthen Metro State’s mission and impact.
As an ambassador, your role is to:
• Share Giving to Grow with your personal and professional networks
• Talk about why Metro State matters to you
• Encourage participation and build excitement leading up to and on Giving to Grow Day
• Help create a visible, campus-wide culture of generosity
Your outreach helps increase awareness, participation, and pride across the Metro State community.
What should I share?
Use the official Giving to Grow website and campaign messaging when inviting others to participate. We’ll provide ready-to-use language, graphics, and talking points to make it easy.
How do I spread the word?
You can support Giving to Grow by:
• Sending emails
• Posting on social media
• Texting friends and colleagues
• Talking about Giving to Grow in meetings, classes, and informal conversations
• Stopping by campus activation tables on Giving to Grow Day
When should I start sharing?
Begin spreading the word in the weeks leading up to Giving to Grow, with increased activity the day before and the day of the event.
