Information Technology Services provides technology services in support of the mission, vision, values and goals of Metropolitan State University including teaching and learning, exceptional student experience and innovation, efficiency and creativity in our approach to providing IT services.

Service and Project Management

The team includes a centralized IT Service Center for all technology support, a Project Management Office and a Service Management Office.

Endpoint Technology Services

This team is responsible for supporting and managing all hardware and software across campus, as well as providing services that deliver value to university stakeholders.

Enterprise Application and Information Services

Enterprise Application and Information Services (EAIS) provides tier-3 support for ITS services at Metropolitan State University.

Institutional Research

Institutional Research (IR) provides data and reporting services at Metropolitan State University.
