Biography

Dr Divine Arpellet holds a doctorate in business economics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and 20 years of experience in finance operations. She is also a certified project manager with a master degree in management of international business that has supported the expansion of US companies on the global market. Now an adjunct professor of economics at various academic institutions within Minnesota, she teaches macroeconomics at Metro State University, various economics courses at Anoka Community college, and business economics courses (i.e. global markets) in the doctorate program at Saint Mary's University. Dr Arpellet is an active volunteer within the Minnesota community where she serves as the board chair of Axis Medical Clinics and intervenes in various high-level conferences as a speaker/thought-leader on win-win trade frameworks between Africa and the US.
