MIS 689 Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Business

Artificial Intelligence (AI) involves the simulation of human intelligence in machines, enabling them to think, learn, and make decisions. This course offers a comprehensive exploration of AI technologies and their applications in business. Students will examine the five primary types of AI used in business information management, with a focus on their practical applications in core business functions such as marketing, finance, and customer service. Through hands-on projects, students will engage with functional, interactive, and analytical AI tools to solve real-world business challenges. No prior programming experience is required.
