This PD workshop aims to explore the intersection of ethics and leadership. Specifically, it will provide participants with a richer understanding of their character strengths and strategies to leverage those strengths to enhance their leadership capabilities. At the conclusion of the session, learners will not only have individualized competencies to improve their leadership abilities, but action items to continue to ameliorate their leadership competence into the future.
